Nepali Congress (NC) leader Sujata Koirala has claimed that victory of her party in the Constituent Assembly (CA) election is certain.
Speaking at a meeting with the party cadres at Narayangadh of Chitwan on Wednesday, Sujata said the victory of democratic forces is essential in the November 19 election to draft a democratic constitution.
“NC is receiving a wave of public support for the upcoming election ,” she said.
The former deputy prime minister and daughter of former prime minister Girija Prasad Koirala was here for election campaign at the Chitwan Constituency No. 4 from where party President Sushil Koirala is contesting in the CA election .
She further expressed her hope that the second CA election would be held in a free, fair and impartial atmosphere unlike in the previous election.
She also travelled different parts of Nepal for the campaigning of CA election for her party Nepali Congress. She visited Parwat, Okhaldunga, Sankhuwasabha and some other parts of Nepal.
