Azerbaijan October 9 2013
On the invitation of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sujata Koirala visited Azerbaijan to observe the Presidential Election as a Member of ICAPP and the CAPDI (Centrist Asia Pacific Democrats International) Governing Council. She joined the CAPDI delegation in monitoring the conduct of the Azerbaijan electoral process.
The election was held on October 9, 2013.
