Leader of Nepali Congress Sujata Koirala expressed her confidence that the Constitution will be developed either through consensus or process. Addressing the media conference in Sunsari, Itahari Leader Koirala cautioned the political parties that if they did not develop the Constitution, the country would face serious consequences. She opined that no one should think of segregating the country and disintegrating the close linked society and requested all to have confidence that the upcoming Constitution will uplift the people and the country. She noted that there are no differences between the present coalition between the Congress and the UML and the government will not change till the Constitution is in place.
